As the driving force behind Cozy Casas, John leads with big-picture vision and a passion for delivering exceptional guest and client experiences. A San Diego native, he’s never far from the ocean. When he’s not managing projects, you’ll find him surfing, fishing, freediving, or enjoying just about any activity on the water.

With a background as a scientist and technical consultant, Asia brings a sharp eye for detail and a systems-driven mindset to Cozy Casas. She leads operations and project management, ensuring each property runs smoothly and every client experience is seamless from start to finish.

Asia has managed her own properties and thrives on helping others grow their income potential through smart, strategic hosting.
